The "Lovo"

The term 'lovo' also refers to the underground oven that is used to cook the feast. The lovo is often reserved for special occasions in Fijian villages and is a core part of the local culinary arts. This surf trip was definitely a special occasion for our crew, and Matanivusi Eco Resort delivered.
